Bald Eagles from 5/4/26 along the Rock River near Sterling Rock Falls Illinois. I believe this female is getting old because I find her eyes closed a lot. It happened last year too. They had 3 chicks again, these 2 have 3 about every year that are successful. It’s a secluded area, or was until a company bought land behind the nest and they make a lot of noise and disturb them and cause a lot of stress.
