2011 Rock River photos: This was my 2nd year of using my good cameras and lens. I got waterfowl photos at the upper dam walkway between Sterling Rockfalls. The ducks and geese were feeding on shad. The Eagles started to show up in greater numbers, with a dozen hanging around maybe. This would soon change and we would start seeing eagles by the dozens. 2010 was a year of floods, which makes it nice to get back into backwaters
