Connecting the dots, its all starting to make sense.
2018 – A fisherman I have met before moves to Como, has a dock with his buddy’s fishing boat tied there.
2019 – I get attacked for fishing by the guys with the boat at dock. They heard I was catching fish and wanted all to themselves so tried to get rid of me. Boat rammed 6 times, lines cut, threats, $4g camera stolen, fist to face. Several people were involved, the 6 at the scene and others. It didn’t work.
2020 – I get mobbed repeatedly by the same 2019 attackers and others involved. Mobbed as in a bunch of boats launch and crowd me out. Island guys start running around spooking wildlife and throwing out junk all along the river banks and telling these same people making trouble exactly where he saw me fishing and guys soon move in on me.
2021 – I get yelled at for catching fish by Como, from that guy at that dock. Days later one of the same guys who attacked in 2019 tried to knock me in the river after catch a big fish and water temp was 32. He had an accomplice, the guy who stalks me. Deer run over by hunter’s boat swims down to where I was with a broken leg and spleen.
2022 – I spot trees marked to be cut and one has an Eagle’s nest down above rt 30 bridge. After informing the loggers about it, they did not cut the trees so they all lost a lot of money. Another eagle’s nest failed because of activity below nest up river 3 miles, someone started a brush file under nest tree to get rid of the eagles.
2023 – The next year my truck is vandalized pretty bad. They threw mud on my truck using their tires, causing truck to black out while driving. Get death threats repeatedly from one fisherman who has been harassing and bullying me for years who is friends with these guys. Another eagle’s nest up river failed because someone started a brush file under nest tree, same as year before. The eagle abandoned the nest and it soon fell or was torn down.
2024 – I get shot at twice, threatened by commercial fishermen minutes before and harassed at boat ramp when I quit one foggy morning right after ice out. Months later I spot a mud truck using the ramp I use. A boat running down river tried to play chicken, missing my boat by inches leaving a wall of water and where big boulders are just under the surface. After land was sold by Sterling GD, they tried to log it out, but there was an eagle’s nest that there is protected, then right behind the eagle’s nest is this load banging sound from dump trucks all day long, so loud you can hear it for miles and just yards from the nest. The female did stay and raise her 3 chicks each year for 2 years, but last year the male left and the female was stressed badly so I have my doubts about next year.
2025 – Harassed by logger and island hunter. I get harassed by him and another boat of guys repeatedly by anchoring right in front of me while I was trolling, with heaving sinkers and hooks landing beside my boat. The owner of mud truck is a logger. Shots fired as I drifted by a duck blind to spoil my drift more than once.
2026 – Concrete dumped in the ramp I use. I had to pull 80# pieces out one at a time using my big net. One of the land owners has family members with a concrete business. Logging the big island, same logger guy has been riding around looking at trees, so wildlife is scarce. Once the chainsaws start up, all eagles, hawks and wildlife is gone.
